Currently live in lowsec in Tama, usually I just solo pirate because when I fleet up with my corp / alliance, they usually forget to say "warp to 'this person'" so I miss out on the kills. |

Eh, I have only 2 million SP. I'm currently learning a lot of learning skills. When I started training learning skills around a week ago, I had only the learning skills given to me on character creation. That is, Learning 3 and the Perception skill at 4. When I came back around a month ago... apparently in the Apocrypha patch, all characters regardless of being new, old, or recently podded to the noob points - get a 100% learning boost until they break the 1.6 mil SP barrier. However, because of the introduction of the Training Queue, there is an exploit you can use to boost your skills a little more further than 1.6 mil. Suppose you start learning Learning 5 at 1.59 mil, CCP intended to have it stop giving a 100% boost at exactly 1.6 mil. The training queue doesn't take this in effect, it only updates the total skillpoints learned WHEN you modify the training queue at all (adding a new skill to the queue, pausing a skill, etc). Basically, I took advantage of this and stopped training a lot of combat skills to start learning. I got Learning to 4, and then used the exploit to boost it to Learning 5. Then I learned all of the other skills to 4 (5 would take way too long for my taste, maybe later...) - and now I'm working on getting all of the advanced learning skills to 4... then it's back to training combat skills. Oh, and to give myself some ego boosts, I'm going to betray my corp and my mates in the corp. Often have they said they would help me out with essential information of when to warp in to kill someone, when to jump through this gate, etc... They did not. Over the next week, I'm going to wait until my supposed 'best friend' gets on in his little elite frigate (never remember the name..), and surprise gank him and hopefully pod him. Then I will proceed to steal everything I can in the corp (I'm quite a high rank, but not Director). It's a shitty corp, so even if they post on the forums about me being a corp thief, they aren't going to care that I stole a couple mil's worth of materials and killed an elite frigate. Gotta love what you can do in EVE. Edited by NakieoN, Apr 28 2009, 11:45 AM.

I just got a reactivation email from CCP, I'm only at 15 mil SP, but I'm -400,000,000 isk. Lol. Bought some from an isk seller for like 20 bucks for 500 mil... Played with it for a few months, enjoyed it all. Quit the game for what I knew would be a long time, gave the isk I had to a friend as a gift/loan depending on if I'd come back. They apparently tracked down the purchase like 6 months later and put my account in the negative. |

I'll always say eve is not for everyone and even i take breaks from it time to time, but the highs of eve have no comparison in any other game i'v played, barring gambling with cash. |

Star fox was fun ![]() 2 days ago some friends in eve brought down a transport ship, looted 22 billion from the guys wreck, thats more than i'v ever made in eve from day 1 to now, i cant imagine how much work it took for the guy to mass all that, chances are it wasnt just him and it was a corp effort, regardless, you're talking months of work, hijacked. Havent seen anything remotely like that anywhere else in a game, a corpse walk can never compare to the blow that was just inflicted on those bastards, who are gona be looking to repay in kind now of course. Eve has its cons, no doubt, but what its good at it has no rivals in, its gameplay just isnt for everyone. |
